- DDJ-400 driver 1 year ago You don't have to install extra driver software. Windows/mac OS standard audio driver will be automatically installed when DDJ-400 is connected to your Mac/PC with a USB cable.
- Yes！Rekordbox 6 runs fine on the M1 Macs, and so will the DDJ-400, as it is class-compliant & doesn’t need drivers. Myself, I’m currently running a DDJ-FLX6 x DDJ-XP1 tandem on my M1 MBP. Both of them are also class-compliant. Btw, congratulations on getting the M1 MBP, you’ll love it.

MIDI Operation
The unit should be visible in the CONTROLLERS tab of Config and the “
factory default” available/selected from the Mappings drop-down list. The factory default Mapping offers the functions described in this Manual, however those can be adjusted to your needs via VDJ Script actions. Find more details at

The unit has a pre-defined Audio setup and a special button in the AUDIO tab of Config to provide that.
